  Q. What days are  (trash/waste/garbage)  picked up?
A. Trash is picked up on Wednesday, and large items are picked up on Thursday.

Q. Do you provide lawn service to the Community?
A. Yes! They do tree trimming, ground maintenance, annuals, and mulch. 

Q. What is the lawn service schedule?
A. Thursday and Friday.

Q. How do I obtain gate access?
A. Car decals are available at the clubhouse office.

Q. How much does gate and amenity access cost?
A. $20 Car Decal, $10 Key Fob

Q. What are the hours of the Clubhouse, pool, gym?
A. Clubhouse - 9am-5pm; Pool - Summer Months (April to September) Hours 6am to 8pm; Winter Months (October to March) Hours 7am to 7pm; Gym - 4:00am-11:00pm
